JUSTICE PURNENDU SINGH ORAL JUDGMENT Date : 25-09-2023 Heard Mr. Gautam Kumar Yadav, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and Mr. Satya Vrat, learned AC to learned GP-10 for the State.

2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks to implead District Provident Fund Officer, Patna as respondent no. 4 in course of the day.

3. The petitioner is aggrieved by the communication of the District Provident Fund Officer, who has not made payment of remaining amount of provident fund due for the concerned period for which the petitioner has filed the present writ petition and in this regard, the petitioner seeks to file detailed representation with respect to the statement giving

Patna High Court CWJC No.8153 of 2023 dt.25-09-2023 2/2 the details of contribution made by him for the concerned financial year.

4. Considering the limited relief(s) sought for by the petitioner in the present writ petition, the petitioner, if so advised, may file detailed representation along with the details of the financial year for which already contributions were made and petitioner has not been paid in the said financial year.

5. The District Provident Fund Officer, Patna, is directed to call for the deduction statement for the period for which the petitioner has not been paid the due amount of provident fund from the places of service of the petitioner from different places.

6. The above exercise is directed to be completed within a period of four weeks from the date of passing of this order by the District Provident Fund Officer, Patna.

7. With above observations and directions, the present writ petition is disposed of.
