2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Ekma PS Case No.273 of 2019 dated 20.10.2019, instituted under Sections 302, 120-B/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act, 1959.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submitted that as per the allegation, he is the main assailant.

4. Learned APP and learned counsel for the informant

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.31895 of 2020 dt.09-03-2021 2/2 submitted that against the petitioner there are two other cases also under grave sections of the Indian Penal Code.

5. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, the Court is not inclined to grant pre-arrest bail to the petitioner.
