For issuance of writ of mandamus or appropriate writ, order, direction to the respondents authorities to Regularize the service of the petitioner, in Nagar parishad Madhepura on which they having working as daily wages worker since 02.5.1997 for the post of peon and petitioner no. 2 working for the post of driver since 2008 at the said Nagar Parishad Madhepura District Madhepura.

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioners to approach the respondent authorities for redressal of their aforesaid grievances.
