This application has been filed for cancellation of bail granted to the opposite party No. 2 by order dated 20-09-2018 passed in B.P. No. 968 of 2018 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Judge, Vaishali at Hajipur in Mahnar P.S. Case No. 86 of 2018.

After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application with liberty to file an application for cancellation of bail before the court below itself.

Permission is granted.
