2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Dinara P.S. Case No. 63 of 2025 dated 15.02.2025 instituted for the offence punishable under Sections 103(1), 3(5) of Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.
3. The prosecution case, in short, is that the motherin-law of the informant took his both sons to her house as the wife of the informant was under medical treatment. On 07.02.2025, the informant was told by his elder sister-in-law, namely, Munni Devi that his younger child namely, Ravi Ranjan died. Again on 14.02.2025, the informant was told that his Sarhaj, namely, Neha Devi killed his second son by administering poison.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and she has been falsely implicated in this case. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. Only on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused, Neha Devi, the petitioner has been made accused in this case. Except the confessional statement, there is no material against the petitioner. The petitioner is the cousin aunt of co-accused Neha Devi. It is further submitted that there is enmity between the petitioner and co-accused Neha Devi, due to which Neha Devi has dragged the name of the petitioner in this case. Lastly, it has been submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 18.02.2025 having no criminal antecedents. Charge-sheet has been submitted in the case.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate 2nd, Bikramganj, Rohtas in connection with Dinara
