The petitioner apprehends her arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 332, 333, 353, 307, 427, 224 and 225 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against accused persons including this petitioner is that the informant, after arresting co-accused Ashok Kumar in Nagarnausa P.S. Case No. 07/2022, was going to Ramkrishna Nagar Police Station, in the way, co-accused persons including petitioner attacked the police team by throwing brick, stones and damaged the vehicle and injured the informant on his head and got freed the apprehended co-accused Ashok Kumar from the police custody.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.33666 of 2022(2) dt.15-11-2022 2/2 It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that there is general and omnibus allegation. No specific overt act has been alleged against this petitioner. Petitioner is lady and bears clean antecedent.

Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M. 1st Class, Patna in connection with Kankarbagh P.S. Case No. 38 of 2022, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
