The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Bairgania P.S. Case No. 114 of 2021 registered under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that similarly situated several co-accused persons have already been granted regular and anticipatory bail by different Benches of this Court vide Cr. Misc. Nos. 16291 of 2022 and 32668 of 2022 on 02.08.2022 and 14.11.2022 respectively.

No.33513 of 2022(5) dt.19-01-2023 2/2 Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in connection with Bairgania P.S. Case No. 114 of 2021, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
