Petitioner is languishing in custody since 21.07.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 414, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that one stolen Hero Honda Motorcycle was recovered from the sister's house of the petitioner and the sister of the petitioner disclosed that the said motorcycle was kept by the petitioner.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that admittedly, the recovery has not been made from the possession of the petitioner. Statement made in paragraph3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.41585 of 2014 (3) dt.27-01-2015 Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri S.K. Rai, J.M., Ist Class, Jehanabad in connection with Kurtha (Manikpur) P.S. Case No. 115 of 2014.
