JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 13-02-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is named in the first information report but omnibus allegation has been leveled against him. No doubt, several persons sustained injury in the alleged occurrence but except the informant and injured Arun Kumar Jha, all injured of this case sustained simple injury. So far as, the informant, is concerned , allegation of assault is against Gajendra Bhandari and so far as injured Arun Kumar Jha is concerned, it is not specific who is author of grievous injury of Arun Kumar Jha. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.38480 of 2014 (2) dt.13-02-2015 2/2 two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in connection with Riga P.S.Case No. 21 of 2014.
