2. This petition has been filed for quashing the order dated 05.06.2018 passed by learned Sessions Judge, East Champaran, Motihari in Sessions Trial No. 714 of 2015, arising out of Ghorasahan (Jitna) P.S. Case No. 36 of 2014.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that at this stage, he does not want to press this matter, therefore, this case may be disposed of.
