Learned counsel for the petitioner points out that the writ petition has been preferred by the Block Education Officer, which would not be covered by the Rules of 2020, and therefore, the judgment dated 23.02.2022 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 5489 of 2020 (Suresh Ram Vrs. The State of Bihar & Ors.) would not cover the case and the order passed by the Court dated 24.03.2022 deserves to be recalled.

I have considered the submissions.

Taking into consideration the post held by the petitioner and the punishment order passed, this Court deems it

Patna High Court MJC No.1016 of 2022(2) dt.25-07-2022 2/2 appropriate to recall the order of disposing of the writ petition in terms of Suresh Ram's Case.
