====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 29-08-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1. That this application is being filed on behalf of the petitioner for issuance of writ in the nature of writ of mandamus commanding and directing the respondent authorities to remove encroachment made over the surplus land (General Public Road), bearing Khata No.110, Plot No.532, Area 0-12 Dec., which has been encroached by Respondenta Nо. 5 to 8, by constructing the Indira Awas over the said land."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the RespondentState submits that the encroachment in question has stood removed.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it fit and proper to dispose of the present writ petition, however, with liberty to the petitioner to approach the State Respondents in case of any subsisting grievances. (Mohit Kumar Shah, J) Ajay/- U
