JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 18-07-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1- That this Writ application is being filed for issuance of appropriate writ or writs or under by Commanding the Respondents to pay the balance amount which is due to be paid by the office of the Respondent no. 3 on account of Work done by the petitioner with regard to Nal Jal Yogana Plan, whereby Water has been supplied in every house of the village."

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the District Magistrate, Patna for redressal of her aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.

3. It is needless to state that in case appropriate petition is filed by the petitioner, within a period of four weeks from today, the District Magistrate, Patna shall dispose off the same by passing a reasoned and a speaking order, in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks, thereafter.

4. The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
