2. Petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 498A/341/323/504 of the Indian Penal Code and sections 3 & 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

3. It is a case of torture and harassment for dowry. Petitioners are in-laws of the victim. Allegation of torture and harassment is general and omnibus and no overt act has been alleged against them. They are separate in mess and business.

4. Learned counsel for the State and opposite party no.2 oppose the prayer for bail.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioners is allowed. In the event of

No.37507 of 2024(4) dt.24-09-2024 2/2 arrest/surrender within eight weeks from today, let these petitioners, mentioned above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate XIII, Patna in Digha Police Station Case No. 650 of 2023, subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
