The petitioner nos. 1 and 4 being the parents and petitioner nos. 2 and 3 being the wives of the brother of the husband of the victim are languishing in custody since 20.08.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 326 and 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Subsequently section 302 of the IPC was also added.

It is alleged that after 10 years of the marriage the daughter of the informant was killed by the accused

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that there is no eye witness to the occurrence when the witnesses have suggested that due to the dispute in family the victim committed suicide and the door of the room was broke open to take out the victim from the room.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the State that the witnesses have also deposed that the victim was killed at the hands of the petitioners, but admits that there is no eye witnesses to the occurrence.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj in connection with Bhorey P.S. Case No. 134 of 2013.
