2. The petitioner's association, serving with Dr. Jagganath Mishra Sanskrit Mahavidyalaya Patsan, Navtol in the district Madhubani and wants release of their salary of Teachers.

3. The elaborate counter affidavit of the State Government has narrated the position of the affiliated institution as also the rules/regulations regarding the extension of financial benefit/assistance granted in the matter.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the case is of the year 2015, lots of water has flown down the

5. The writ petition stands disposed of with aforesaid liberty.
