2. The present application has been filed for quashing of the order dated 29.02.2020 passed by the S.D.J.M., Patna in Kadamkuan, P.S. case no. 466/2019 (G.R. no. 6000/2019), whereby the Court has taken cognizance of the offences u/s 498A of the Indian Penal Code as also under section 3/4 of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.43935 of 2021(8) dt.21-03-2025 2/2 Dowry Prohibition Act and issued summons against the accused persons arising out of Kadamkuan P.S. case no. 466/2019.

3. Both the parties have jointly submitted that the matter has been settled between the parties as divorce proceeding has concluded between the parties vide order dated 24.09.2022 passed in Matrimonial Case No. 188 of 2021.

4. In view of the fact that the parties have settled their dispute and they are separated amicably and the consent given by the learned counsel for the opposite party No. 2 in this Court, this application is allowed.

5. The order dated 29.02.2020 passed by the S.D.J.M., Patna in Kadam Kuan P.S. Case No. 466 of 2019 is hereby quashed.
