Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Siwan Mahila P.S. Case No.35 of 2020 registered for offences under Sections 341, 323, 354 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

In view of the allegations levelled against the petitioner, the application for anticipatory bail is allowed. Accordingly, let petitioner, above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender within ten weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees
