JUSTICE PURNENDU SINGH ORAL ORDER 15-07-2024 Petitioner has inter alia prayed for following reliefs in the paragraph No.1 of the writ petition:- "That present petition is being filed for issuance of an appropriate writ/writs, order/orders, direction/directions commanding the respondents concerned to issue the appointment letter to the petitioner for the post of clerk/Assistant against the notified vacancies of 1296 in the advertisement dated 02.06.2011 and additional vacancies of 1028 post of clerk created by Civil Court vide letter dated 22.08.2012."

2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that the case of the petitioner is covered by the judgment dated 19.04.2023 passed in LPA No.650 of 2022, in which also similar relief was sought for by the petitioners of

Patna High Court CWJC No.19287 of 2017(3) dt.15-07-2024 2/2 CWJC No.6259 of 2019 and other analogous cases.

I find that similar issues were raised before this Court by filing several writ petitions and some of the writ petitions, which were filed later to the present writ petition, which was filed in the year 2017 in the month of December, the case of the petitioner can be considered in light of the order dated 19.04.2023 passed in LPA No.650 of 2022 arising out of CWJC No.6259 of 2019 and other analogous cases. The petitioner, if so desire, may approach the authority concerned for redressal of his grievance.
