Counsel for the petitioner is directed to remove the defect(s), as pointed out by the office, within a period of four weeks.

The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered under Sections 420, 379 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

Prosecution case, in short, is that the complainant purchased a piece of land from the petitioner. After puchasing the land, the complainant came in possession over the said land

Co-accused Ram Pravesh Yadav came and damaged the construction of building and claimed that he has purchased the land from Gita Devi and said co-accused was demanding Rs.50,000/- as ransom. The accused persons including the petitioner cheated the complainant.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner has been made accused due to mistake of fact. From perusal of the complaint case, it appears that the present case arises out of dispute relating to sale and purchase of land in question. The petitioner is said to be the vendor. Matter relates to civil dispute.

On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is named in the complaint case/F.I.R. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial
