The petitioner has been arrested in connection with Sadar P.S. Case No. 207 of 2014 registered under Sections 379, 411, 414 and 401 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in jail custody since 30. 05. 2014. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur, in connection with Sadar P.S. Case No. 207 of 2014, subject to condition that one of the bailors shall be near relative of the petitioner who will file an affidavit to this effect that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. m.p.
