2. Learned counsel for the Accountant General is present.

3. The writ petitioner has moved the Court for the following relief:

"That this writ application is filed on behalf of the petitioner for issuance of appropriate writ, rule, direction to the respondent authorities to make payment of G.P.F. amount and other pensionary

Patna High Court CWJC No.13755 of 2015 dt.09-11-2022 2/2 benefit along with statutory interest upon the said dues amount, of the husband of the petitioner which has not been paid till today by the respondent authorities and this writ application is also for grant of relief or relief as the petitioner is found entitled."

4. Learned counsel for the Accountant General drew the attention of the Court to the counter affidavit filed on his behalf (Respondent No. 8) in which it has been stated that Pension Payment Order has been issued for payment of pension and gratuity. Copy of the affidavit was served on learned counsel for the petitioner on 23.11.2017. There is no rejoinder to the same.

5. In such view of the matter, the Court can only presume that the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed.
