2. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Bairiya P.S Case No. 107 of 2024 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 306, 201 of the I.P.C.
3. As per prosecution case, it is alleged that petitioner daughter was in love affair with a boy of same village for which petitioner assaulted his daughter and abetted her to commit suicide, due to which the petitioner's daughter died and the petitioner cremated the dead body with a view to conceal the evidence.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. It is further

No.38337 of 2024(3) dt.01-08-2024 2/2 submitted that daughter of the petitioner was in depression and she fell ill and having vomiting tendency with complain of headache and chest pain with breath problem on 01.04.2024. The petitioner's daughter was taken to Nav Jivan Nursing Home, where she treated and lastly referred to PMCH Patna, but in the way she died on account of her ailment. It is also submitted that petitioner is in judicial custody since 05.04.2024 and he has got clean antecedent.
5. However, learned APP for the State oppose the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions made on behalf of the petitioner, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. IV, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Bairiya P.S Case No. 107 of 2024.
