2. The petitioner has alleged non compliance of the order dated 12.05.2015 passed in CWJC No. 4725 of 2015, by which the District Magistrate-cum-Chairman, District Health Society, Nawada was to examine the matter and ensure payment of the admitted dues, if any, to the petitioner.

3. From the show cause filed on behalf of opposite party no. 3, copy of which was served on learned counsel for the

Patna High Court MJC No.2450 of 2015 dt.22-07-2019 2/2 petitioner on 03.03.2016, it appears that whatever amount was found admissible on the basis of the records available with the authorities, has been paid to the petitioner and with regard to the remaining dues, he has been called upon to submit documents regarding health check up Camps at Middle Schools, certified by the Medical Officer-in-Charge, Hisua. It has also been stated that the petitioner has still not rectified the said defects.

4. As nobody is appearing on behalf of the petitioner and there is no reply/rebuttal to the stand taken in the show cause filed on behalf of opposite party no. 3, the Court finds that the authorities have not committed any contempt.

5. In the aforesaid background, the application stands disposed off.
