Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was refused by this Court vide order dated 26.2.2020.

Report of the trial court dated 4.1.2021 reveals that out of 6 witnesses, 5 have already been examined and for attendance of rest witnesses summons have been issued. Considering the progress in the trial, prayer for bail of the petitioner is refused.
