Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the opposite parties admits that payments have been made. However, he has some doubt about the calculation. He submits that in the event there is error in the calculation, liberty may be granted to the petitioner to file representation before the competent authority so that his grievance as to the error in calculation may be addressed.

Considering the totality of the facts situation, the present proceeding is dropped. However, liberty shall be available to the petitioner to file representation before the

Patna High Court MJC No.2697 of 2015(2) dt.15-01-2019 2/2 competent authority, highlighting the error in calculation, if any. In case, such representation is filed by the petitioner, the concerned authority shall address the grievance of the petitioner as to the error in calculation at the earliest, preferably within a period of two months from the date of filing of such representation.

With the aforesaid, the present application is disposed of.
