The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471 of the Indian Penal Code and 66, 66(c), 66(D) of I.T. Act.

Allegation against the petitioner is that he is a member of organized gang who used to loot innocent persons in the name of winning prize of vehicles.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 20.02.2019. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case. There is no substantive evidence to suggest the implication of the petitioner in the present case. The name of the

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-I, Biharsharif, Nalanda in connection with Giriyak (Katrisarai) P.S. case No.48 of 2019.
