JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR JHA ORAL ORDER 10-10-2025 The present writ petition has been filed on behalf of the petitioners seeking direction to the respondent authorities to give protection to the execution of commercial project/ development work being carried out by petitioner no. 1 and 2 at Mohalla, Rahamganj, Banker's Colony, Ward No. - 28, P.S. -

Patna High Court CR. WJC No.719 of 2022(11) dt.10-10-2025 2/2 Laheriasarai, District- Darbhanga. It also transpires from the relief portion of the petition that petitioner is aggrieved by the activities of private respondent no. 6 to 8 alleging that they have been creating hindrance to the project work and demanding rangdari from the petitioner no. 1 and 2.

2. Learned counsel appearing for the State submits that Laheriasarai P.S. Case No. 28 of 2022 has been instituted on the complaint of the petitioner no. 1 and 2. Learned counsel for the State further submits that a civil suit is pending between petitioner no. 3 and respondent no. 6,7 & 8. However, adequate protection has been given to the petitioner for executing his project work on the land in question.

3. Since, the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed, nothing remains in the matter.
