1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking

Patna High Court CWJC No.8231 of 2024(2) dt.18-07-2024 2/3 the following relief(s):- "1. That this is an application for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus or any other appropriate writ/rule/direction directing the respondent authorities to construct the boundary wall under Bihar Temple Boundary Wall Construction Scheme published by Memo No. 8778 dated 19.09.2016 (Annexure P/2) issued under the signature of Shri Jitendra Kumar, Special Secretary to the Government of Bihar (Respondent No. 3) for construction of Madhopur Math Shri Ram Janki Vaishno Vairagi Math, Madhopur, Barauli which was selected for construction of boundary wall in the year 2017 at serial no. 54 having registration no. 210 at village Madhopur, Block Barauli published by Memo No. 51 dated 17.02.

Patna High Court CWJC No.8231 of 2024(2) dt.18-07-2024 3/3 under the scheme called as Bihar Temple Boundary Wall Construction Scheme, 2016 for the reasons best known to the respondent authorities."

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the District Magistrate, Gopalganj for redressal of his aforesaid grievances.

3. It is needless to state that in case appropriate petitioner is filed by the petitioner, before the District Magistrate, Gopalganj, within a period of four weeks from today, the District Magistrate, Gopalganj shall take appropriate decision, forthwith, with regard to the construction of the boundary wall, as aforesaid.

4. The writ petition stands disposed off.
