2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 304/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Petitioner is alleged to have put pressure on the informant to let the said doctor operate the daughter of the informant as a result of which, during course of the operation, she died.

4. It is submitted that petitioner is merely owner of the building in which the alleged hospital is running. Specific accusation is against co-accused Dr. Guddu Kumar Singh and petitioner has got no concern with the said operation. Petitioner has got clean antecedent.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that let the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate- 1st Class, Motihari, East Chmaparan in connection with Turkauliya P. S. Case No. 212 of 2023, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
