2. The limited prayer of the petitioner is that the pending Miscellaneous Case No. 1 of 2012 may be disposed of at the earliest.

3. The Sub-Judge, Bagaha, is directed to conclude the Miscellaneous Case No. 1 of 2012 within six months from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order.

4. The Court below is directed to conclude the proceeding within six months without giving unnecessary adjournment to any of the parties. The Court below is further directed to proceed ex parte against the non-cooperating party and submit a compliance report to this Court.

5. The Execution Case shall proceed after the disposal of the aforesaid Miscellaneous Case or after six months
