2. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest connection with Raxaul P.S. Case No. 212 of 2020, F.I.R. dated 13.06.2020 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 379, 504, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are clean antecedents and they have been falsely implicated in the present case. Learned counsel for the petitioners further submits that the learned Court below took cognizance vide order dated 22.07.2022 against these petitioners

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.35656 of 2024(3) dt.31-07-2024 2/2 under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504, 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the petitioners have been granted regular bail on 22.06.2020 in the present matter.

4. In view of the statement recorded in paragraph-8 of the bail petition, the present anticipatory bail is not maintainable. It is, accordingly, dismissed. (Rajesh Kumar Verma, J) Ibrar//- U T
