2. The present application has been filed under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C. for quashing of the order taking cognizance dated 23.07.2018 in connection with Sheikhpura P.S. Case No.52 of 2018, whereby cognizance has been taken by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sheikhpura under Sections 341, 323, 354(b), 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. It has been informed by the learned District Court vide Letter dated 20.08.2025 that the trial has already

4. In view of the changed stage of trial, the present quashing application stands consigned with liberty to the petitioner to avail appropriate remedy.
