The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is a case of dowry death and the allegation is that these petitioners alongwith other co-accused committed torture and killed the sister of the informant due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry. Petitioner no. 1 is father-in-law and petitioner no. 2 is mother-in-law of the deceased.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that husband of the deceased has already been granted regular bail by a

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.33084 of 2022(2) dt.18-10-2022 2/2 coordinate Bench of this Court, vide order dated 07.04.2022 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 37672/2021 (Annexure - 2). Petitioners are separate in mess & property and there is general and omnibus allegation.

Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

However, considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., Sherghatti, Gaya in connection with Sherghatti P.S. Case No. 580 of 2019, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
