This application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been filed by the petitioners for modification of the order dated 02.07.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No.35859 of 2018 whereby petitioner nos. 3 to 5, namely, Rinku Devi, Basanti Devi and Nakali Devi were directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds and sureties to the Satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Banka in connection with Chandan P.S. Case No.30 of 2016 in the event of arrest or surrender within six weeks.

No.76606 of 2018(2) dt.02-01-2019 2/2 It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the aforesaid petitioner nos. 3 to 5 are ladies and the order passed by this Court could not be communicated to them by the Pairvikar in time as a result of which they could not appear before the court and furnish bonds and sureties in time. Considering the submissions made above, the period of six weeks granted to be petitioners vide order dated 02.07.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No.35859 of 2018 for furnishing bonds and sureties to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Banka in connection with Chandan P.S.Case No.30 of 2016 is extended by further two weeks.
