Patna High Court CWJC No.9831 of 2019(3) dt.03-05-2019 2/2 of NEET-PG 2019, inasmuch as the Roll No. has been wrongly mentioned by the petitioner herein as '1966104648' instead of '1966104628', the petitioner can be permitted to opt for the requisite courses against the left over seats pertaining to the E.B.C. category for which the counselling is going on today. Accordingly, it is directed that the petitioner would appear before the Controller of Examination, Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board, Patna today itself at 3:00 P.M. whereupon the left over seats of the E.B.C. category would be offered to him for needful.

It is directed accordingly.

The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.

It is made clear that the present order is being passed with the consent of the parties in peculiar facts and circumstances of the case and would not be treated to be a precedent henceforth.
