The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Palasi P.S. Case No.123 of 2020 registered under Sections 341, 323, 307, 379, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant alleged that on 20.04.2020 while he was returning his home from his field, the accused persons intercepted him and assaulted with different weapons. They also snatched money from the possession of the informant. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that Palasi P.S. Case No.136 of 2020 is registered on the basis of fardbeyan of Shyamwati Devi. She alleged that petitioners and

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.32887 of 2020(2) dt.12-03-2021 2/2 others assaulted her. Both the sides decided to compromise the case after a panchayati but later on, the informant of the present case lodged the case on 20.04.2020. Thereafter, Shyamwati Devi also lodged the case on 01.05.2020. It is submitted that informant is said to have got injury on his head but he was not treated by any doctor. The occurrence is said to have taken place on 16.04.2020 but the F.I.R. was lodged after four days of the occurrence. From the side of the accused persons also, Palasi P.S. Case No.136 of 2020 has been registered. Taking into consideration the facts aforesaid, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.

10,000/-(Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M. I, Araria in connection with Palasi P.S. Case No.123 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
