This is an application seeking quashing of the F.I.R. bearing Kurhani P. S. Case No. 449 of 2015 dated 12.12.2015, instituted for the offences under Sections 420, 406, 409 of the Indian Penal Code.

On 17.09.2020, this Court had call for a report from the court below about the stage of the case. The

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.37909 of 2016(4) dt.05-11-2020 2/2 report has since been received, which indicates that charge-sheet in this case has been submitted on 26.08.2019 and cognizance also has been taken in this case.

In this view of the matter, this petition which has been filed for quashing of the subject F.I.R. has become infructuous.

Dismissed as having become infructuous.
