Petitioner in Cr. Misc. No.38853 of 2014 is husband of the deceased whose death is not natural because ligature mark was found on her neck in course of post mortem examination and therefore, I think it proper to peruse case diary and post mortem report of above stated Shikarpur P.S.Case No. 95 of 2014 for

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.38853 of 2014 (2) dt.13-02-2015 2/2 proper appreciation of prayer of bail of petitioner in Cr. Misc. No. 38853 of 2014.

So far as, petitioner in Cr. Misc. No. 41010 of 2014 is concerned, she is, admittedly, cousin sister-in-law of the deceased and no specific overt act has been attributed against her and accordingly, petitioner in Cr. Misc. No. 41010 of 2014 namely, Afsana Khatoon is directed to be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Shikarpur P.S.Case No. 95 of 2014.

List Cr. Misc. No. 38853 of 2014 under the heading "For Admission" after receipt of the same.
