2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 379, 461, 411 and 413 of the Indian Penal Code registered in connection with Narahat (Sitamarhi) P.S. Case No. 103 of 2018.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated merely on the basis of the petitioner's paper found in the dickey of the motor-cycle which was being ridden by co-accused Rajesh Kumar Thakur at the time of alleged occurrence. It is submitted that the petitioner's motor-cycle had been stolen during his absence.

4. Learned APP submits that the petitioner does not appear to have lodged any first information report in respect of the stolen motorcycle.

5. Having regard to the nature of accusations and gravity of offence alleged, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. The anticipatory bail petition stands dismissed. (Vikash Jain, J) BT/Chandran U T
