2. The petitioner apprehends her arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 324, 307 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, this petitioner poured kerosene oil upon the wife of informant and lit fire causing burn injuries to her.
4. It is submitted that petitioner is own Gotni of the informant and due to petty dispute, altercation took place between the parties in which the victim got burnt. The alleged incident was accidental and taking advantage of the situation, this false and concocted case has been lodged against this

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above-named, in the event of her arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate V, Kaimur at Bhabua in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S.
