JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 14-08-2019 After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to file a duly constituted complaint petition before the Insurance Ombudsman in terms of Rule 12 of the Redressal of Public Grievances Rules, 1998 (hereinafter referred to as the 'Rules of 1998') within a period of 30 days from today.

Learned counsel for the Insurance Company has no objection to the same.

This writ application is, thus, disposed off with liberty to the petitioner to file a complaint before the Insurance Ombudsman against the letter of repudiation within a period of
