The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Sadar (Hajipur) P.S. Case No.128 of 2018, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 143, 144, 145, 186, 332, 353, 307, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioners and the co-accused persons as named in the FIR and 100-150 antisocial elements armed with deadly weapons, lathi, danda, bricks, stones etc. after forming unlawful assembly attacked the police force and made disturbance in discharging the official duty.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the

It is submitted that the petitioners have got one criminal antecedent as stated in paragraph-3 of the bail application. It is further submitted that there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners.

Learned APP for the State fairly submits that no specific overt act is alleged against the petitioners rather the allegations are general and omnibus.

Taking into consideration the facts aforesaid, let petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (rupees twenty five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali (Hajipur) in connection with Sadar (Hajipur) P.S. Case No.128 of 2018, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
