The present contempt petition has been preferred for compliance of the order dated 04.01.2012 passed in CWJC No. 3998 of 2010.

A show cause on behalf of the opposite party nos. 4 and 5 filed in 2016 is on record annexing the reasoned order passed vide memo no. 361(6) dated 22.04.2016 passed by the Principle Secretary, Health Services, Bihar, Patna by which the claim for registration in Bihar Nurses Registration Council stands rejected.

The petitioner has all the liberty to challenge the said order, the same being passed in 2016 itself. So far as the contempt part is concerned, in view

Patna High Court MJC No.1990 of 2015(4) dt.07-08-2023 2/2 of the fact that an order has been passed, it is appropriate that MJC No. 1990 of 2015 is consigned to file.

Accordingly ordered.
