The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 504, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The allegation against the petitioner is that he gave a blow of dagger on the father of informant Harendra Sahani and received cut injuries on his head. The injury report shows that the injury is simple in nature and both sides sustained injury. There is previous case between the parties.
It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 07.03.2019 and has got no
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.31469 of 2019(2) dt.05-07-2019 2/2 criminal antecedent. He has been falsely implicated in this case due to enmity, grudge and counter case. The co-accused have already been granted bail by this Hon'ble Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 74446 of 2018 dated 19.12.2018 and in Cr. Misc. No. 76725 of 2018 dated 20.12.2018 respectively.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Madhuban P.S.
