This modification application has been filed for modification in the judgment dated 26.08.2020 passed by this Court in CWJC No. 7300 of 2020.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that mistakenly in the cause title, in the address of petitioner, district was mentioned as 'Jharkhand' in place of "Ranchi" and 'Excise

Patna High Court MJC No.1088 of 2020(3) dt.03-02-2021 2/2 Case No. 128 of 2020' was wrongly mentioned as 'Excise Case No. 198 of 2020'.

In view of the above, district name of the petitioner shall be read as "Ranchi" in place of 'Jharkhand' in the address of petitioner and 'Excise Case No. 198 of 2020' shall be read as ''Excise Case No. 128 of 2020".

The judgment dated 26.08.2020 passed in CWJC No. 7300 of 2020 is modified to the aforesaid extent indicated above.
