JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 05-09-2023 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1(A). That this application is being filed for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus Commanding and directing the respondents authority to remove the encroachment over the Government land bearing Khata No-148, Khesra No-565, 567, 568, 553 & 564 total area measuring about .0045 Heq., .0050 Heq., .0060 Heq..0050 Heq. &.0013 Heq., of Muza-Dumaron, situated of village- Ward No-19, Chaturasalaganj, P.O.+P.S.- Dumaron, District-Buxar, the nature of the said land is 'Annabad Bihar Sarkar, Aam Bhumi', and

(B). Further directing the respondents, to remove the said encroachment by way of comply his own order passed in Encroachment Case No-20/20-21 dated 15.12.2022, respondent Circle Officer, Dumaron, during the course of the hearing of the encroachment cases vide Encroachment Case No. 20/20-21 found the encroachment upon the said Road etc, by the anti social elements with the collusion of the government officials for the purpose of personal use, resultant the public road has completely blocked."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the District Magistrate, Buxar, for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The present writ petition stands disposed off as not pressed.
