JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 23-01-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is languishing in custody since 13.8.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 461 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that theft was committed in the mobile shop of the informant. Subsequently, two mobiles were recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that those mobiles were purchased by the petitioner. Statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and period in custody, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail
