JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 20-06-2019 Earlier the prayer for bail of the petitioner was dismissed vide order dated 05.02.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 6902 of 2018 by the then coordinate Bench of this Court and allegation against the petitioner is of firing on the informatn causing injury to him.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that as per allegation firing of the petitioner hit the leg of the informant, which is not vital part of the body and further petitioner has been in custody since 16.12.2017 and he is ready to abide by any condition imposed on him for grant of bail. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides, in view of the above facts, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.31039 of 2019(2) dt.20-06-2019 2/2 furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 25,000 (Rs. Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.D.J., Katihar, in connection with S.T. No. 109/18 arising out of Katihar Sahayak P.S.
