Petitioner seeks bail in Sursand P.S. Case No.153 of 2020 registered under Sections 369 and 120B of the IPC. The informant alleged that his wife left his two months' son in a room and went out of the room with her three years daughter. When she came, the wife of the informant found her son missing from the room. It is alleged that Jangli Nadaf, Lalbabu Sahni and Munia Devi (petitioner) were found moving around the house of the petitioner immediately before the occurrence.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is named in the F.I.R. on mere suspicion. The son of the informant was found in the house of the informant after 20 days of the occurrence. The petitioner is in jail since

Taking into consideration the facts aforesaid, the petitioner named above is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Pupri at Sitamarhi in connection with Sursand P.S. Case No.153 of 2020.
